All of our classes are developed to progress our members technically and physically. At our facility,we have equipment suitable for all ages with the aim of developing movement, coordination, and skills.
Our boxing sessions aim to develop boxing techniques whilst providing a fun and challenging workout. All sessions are delivered by our coaching team who are Hatton Boxing Academy Certified.
All our boxing sessions are geared to give our members the opportunity to learn the sport of boxing including how to punch, combinations, pad work, movement and how to defend yourself.
Our boxing sessions for children are filled with games and activities with the aim to promote learning and healthy competition whilst learning a great new skill.
Our adult boxing sessions are specifically aimed to promote fitness in a fun and exciting way using the sport of boxing as a way out of the monotonous days of treadmilling and long stints on the cross trainer.
The adult’s fitness sessions are specifically programmed to give our members the opportunity to do a range of different styles of exercise. This includes HIIT sessions, lifting sessions, resistance training, and more. These sessions are customised by the incredible GNR8 team to suit our audience.
Bringing the gym and your night out to the same place. We turn the gym into a nightclub with your favourite tunes, a DJ, and all the energy! Join us for our Friday night lock-in. We turn the lights down and the music up, with resident DJ Pete Allen on the decks! You’re guaranteed a great night and an even better workout!
